The Company
Philip R. Lamb, MAI, David's uncle, started our company in 1966. He retired in 1997 and sold the company to David, who had worked for the company for roughly 10 years at that time.
Today, David and Laura Lamb operate Philip R. Lamb & Co., Inc. with Laura concentrating on residential appraisals and David performing commercial, industrial and subdivision appraisals. David also performs appraisals for condemnations, with both property owners and the condemning authority as clients.
